1. Course Fee Refund

1. Course fees once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
2. Admission fees, registration fees, and processing charges are strictly non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

1. If a course is cancelled by the institute.
2. If classes are not started due to administrative reasons from the institute side.

In such cases, the refundable amount (if any) will be decided by the management.

3. Student Withdrawal

1. No refund will be provided if a student leaves the course after admission or after classes have started.
2. No refund will be given for partial attendance or unused course duration.

4. Mode of Refund

1. Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
2. Refund processing may take 7–14 working days after approval.

5. Change of Course

1. Course change or batch transfer is subject to management approval.
2. Fee adjustment (if applicable) will be decided by the institute.

6. Policy Acceptance

By enrolling in any course at Icon Institute of Computer World, students agree to this Refund Policy.
