1. Course Fee Refund
- Course fees once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
- Admission fees, registration fees, and processing charges are strictly non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- If a course is cancelled by the institute.
- If classes are not started due to administrative reasons from the institute side.
In such cases, the refundable amount (if any) will be decided by the management.
3. Student Withdrawal
- No refund will be provided if a student leaves the course after admission or after classes have started.
- No refund will be given for partial attendance or unused course duration.
4. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing may take 7–14 working days after approval.
5. Change of Course
- Course change or batch transfer is subject to management approval.
- Fee adjustment (if applicable) will be decided by the institute.
6. Policy Acceptance
