Franchise Benefit

1. Course Fees for ICON INSTITUTE OF COMPUTER WORLD Programs

The Head Office does NOT charge any course fees directly from the franchise centres for running any computer software, hardware, vocational, or skill development courses.

Franchise centres are free to collect course/tuition fees locally from students as per their own pricing structure.

However, centres must collect a mandatory Student Registration Fee from each enrolled student and submit this fee to the Head Office.

This Student Registration Fee covers the cost of:

Processing and issuing the official Marksheet

Issuing the Certificate of Completion

Providing verification facilities such as QR codes or ID validation for certificates

This arrangement ensures that franchise centres retain 100% of the tuition/course fees they collect locally, maximizing their income.

2. Admissions for Open School Boards and Universities

Franchise centres act as authorized admission centres for recognized Open School Boards (10th & 12th level courses) and UGC-approved universities offering online, distance, and regular degree/diploma courses.

For these admissions, the Head Office collects the official admission/course fees from the students on behalf of the university or board.

The Head Office then pays franchise centres a commission percentage on each successful admission, as per pre-agreed terms.

This commission-based model creates an additional and steady revenue stream for franchise centres beyond their direct teaching activities.

3. Benefits of This Fee Structure

Zero Royalty on Tuition Fees: Franchise centres keep the entire tuition fee amount charged locally without any deduction to the Head Office.

Transparent Registration Fee: The nominal Student Registration Fee ensures standardization of certificates and academic records issued by the Head Office.

Additional Earnings from Admissions: Centres gain attractive commission percentages from university and open board admissions, encouraging centres to expand their admission services.

Flexibility & Independence: Centres can set their own fees for courses based on their market while benefiting from the institutional backing and official certifications.

Quality Assurance & Brand Integrity: The Head Office manages certification and record-keeping, ensuring that all students receive legitimate and recognized credentials.
